대한민국재향교정동우회법 제2조((법인격 등))

① 대한민국재향교정동우회(이하 "교정동우회"라 한다)는 법인으로 한다.

(1) The^ð더 Korea코^r리아 Retired^r리타이어드 Correctional커^r렉셔늘 Officers'오^f퍼서즈 Association어소우시에이션 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð디 "Association")어소우시에이션 shall섈 be비 a어 corporation.코퍼^r레이션

② 교정동우회는 정관을 작성하여 법무부장관의 승인을 받고 설립등기를 함으로써 성립한다.

(2) The^ð디 Association어소우시에이션 shall섈 be비 established이스태블리시트 by바이 preparing프^r리페^r링 its잇츠 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 incorporation,인코퍼^r레이션 obtaining어브테이닝 the^ð디 approval어프^r루^v블 of어^v브 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Justice,저스티스 and앤드 completing컴플리팅 registration^r레지스트^r레이션 of어^v브 establishment.이스태블리시먼트

③ 교정동우회에 대하여 이 법에 규정된 것을 제외하고는 「민법」 중 사단법인에 관한 규정을 준용한다.
