대한적십자사 조직법 제23조(국유ㆍ공유 재산의 무상대부)

국가나 지방자치단체는 적십자사의 사업 목적을 달성하기 위하여 필요할 때에는 「국유재산법」 및 「공유재산 및 물품 관리법」의 규정에도 불구하고 국유ㆍ공유 재산을 적십자사에 무상(無償)으로 대부할 수 있다.
