도로법 제65조(도로 점용공사의 대행)

① 도로관리청은 도로구조의 보전을 위하여 필요하다고 인정하면 도로점용허가의 목적이 된 공사를 대행할 수 있다. 이 경우 해당 공사는 도로공사로 본다.

② 제1항의 경우에 도로관리청은 해당 공사의 내용과 시기를 도로점용허가를 받은 자에게 미리 알려야 한다.
