도선법 제16조(시험 부정행위자에 대한 조치)

① 제15조제1항에 따른 도선수습생 전형시험이나 도선사 시험에서 부정행위를 한 응시자에 대하여는 그 시험의 응시를 중지시키거나 시험을 무효로 한다.

② 제1항에 따라 해당 시험의 중지 또는 무효의 처분을 받은 응시자는 그 처분이 있은 날부터 2년간 도선수습생 전형시험이나 도선사 시험을 볼 수 없다.
