도시가스사업법 제53조의2(벌칙)

제26조의2를 위반하여 특정가스사용시설을 시설별 시설기준과 기술기준에 적합하도록 유지하지 아니한 특정가스사용시설의 사용자는 500만원 이하의 벌금에 처한다.
