Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Improvement of Urban Areas and Residential Environments, Article 86 (Authorization of Establishment of the Association and Revocation Thereof)

① 국토교통부장관은 법 제109조제4항에 따른 협회 설립인가 신청의 내용이 다음 각 호의 기준에 적합한 경우에 인가할 수 있다.

1. 법인의 목적과 사업이 실현 가능할 것

② 국토교통부장관은 법 제109조제6항에 따라 협회가 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 협회의 설립인가를 취소할 수 있다. 다만, 제1호 및 제3호에 해당하는 경우에는 설립인가를 취소하여야 한다.

③ 국토교통부장관은 제2항에 따라 협회의 설립인가를 취소하려면 미리 청문을 하여야 한다.
