Act on the Improvement of Urban Areas and Residential Environments, Article 112 (Accounting Audits)

① 시장ㆍ군수등 또는 토지주택공사등이 아닌 사업시행자 또는 추진위원회는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 기간 이내에 「주식회사 등의 외부감사에 관한 법률」 제2조제7호 및 제9조에 따른 감사인의 회계감사를 받기 위하여 시장ㆍ군수등에게 회계감사기관의 선정ㆍ계약을 요청하여야 하며, 그 감사결과를 회계감사가 종료된 날부터 15일 이내에 시장ㆍ군수등 및 해당 조합에 보고하고 조합원이 공람할 수 있도록 하여야 한다. 다만, 지정개발자가 사업시행자인 경우에는 제1호에 해당하는 경우는 제외한다. <개정 2017.10.31, 2021.1.5, 2021.3.16>
