도시재생 활성화 및 지원에 관한 특별법 제59조(보고 및 검사 등)

① 전략계획수립권자는 도시재생사업의 시행과 관련하여 필요하다고 인정하면 도시재생사업의 시행자(전략계획수립권자가 시행자인 경우는 제외한다)에게 필요한 보고를 하게 하거나 자료를 제출하도록 명할 수 있으며, 소속 공무원에게 도시재생사업에 관한 업무와 회계에 관한 사항을 검사하게 할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따라 업무나 회계를 검사하는 공무원은 그 권한을 표시하는 증표를 지니고 이를 관계인에게 내보여야 한다.

③ 제2항에 따른 증표에 관한 사항은 국토교통부장관이 정하여 고시하는 바에 따른다.
