독립공채상환에 관한 특별조치법 제6조(벌칙)

독립공채의 표 또는 증권을 위조 또는 변조한 자는 10년 이하의 징역 또는 2천만원 이하의 벌금에 처한다. 위조 또는 변조된 사실을 알면서 이를 행사한 자도 또한 같다.
