독점규제 및 공정거래에 관한 법률 제85조(조사 등의 연기신청)

① 제81조제1항부터 제3항까지의 규정에 따라 공정거래위원회로부터 처분 또는 조사를 받게 된 사업자 또는 사업자단체가 천재지변이나 그 밖에 대통령령으로 정하는 사유로 처분을 이행하거나 조사를 받기가 곤란한 경우에는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 공정거래위원회에 처분 또는 조사를 연기하여 줄 것을 신청할 수 있다.

② 공정거래위원회는 제1항에 따라 처분 또는 조사의 연기신청을 받았을 때에는 그 사유를 검토하여 타당하다고 인정되는 경우에는 처분 또는 조사를 연기할 수 있다.
