동ㆍ서ㆍ남해안 및 내륙권 발전 특별법 제26조(투자진흥지구의 지정 해제)

① 시ㆍ도지사는 제25조에 따른 투자가 대통령령으로 정하는 기준에 적합하지 아니하게 된 경우에는 국토정책위원회의 심의를 거쳐 투자진흥지구의 지정을 해제하여야 한다. <개정 2011.5.30>
