동물보호법 시행규칙 제50조(거래내역의 신고)

법 제80조제1항에 따라 동물생산업자, 동물수입업자 및 동물판매업자는 매월 1일부터 말일까지 취급한 등록대상동물의 거래내역을 다음 달 10일까지 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 별지 제33호서식에 따라 신고(동물정보시스템을 통한 방식을 포함한다)해야 한다.
