Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Management of Zoos and Aquariums, Article 15 (Removal of Inspectors from Commission)
기후에너지환경부장관과 해양수산부장관은 검사관이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 해당 검사관을 해촉할 수 있다. <개정 2025.10.1>
The Minister of Climate, Energy and Environment and the Minister of Oceans and Fisheries may remove an inspector from commission in any of the following cases:
1. 거짓이나 그 밖의 부정한 방법으로 위촉받았거나 위촉 당시의 자격을 상실한 경우
1. Where the inspector was commissioned by false or other improper means or has lost the qualification held at the time of commissioning;
2. 거짓이나 그 밖의 부정한 방법으로 검사관 업무를 수행한 경우
2. Where the inspector performed inspector duties by false or other improper means;
3. 이 법 또는 이 법에 따른 규정을 위반하여 현저히 부실하게 검사관 업무를 수행하여 동물원 또는 수족관의 허가ㆍ변경허가 또는 검사 업무에 장애를 초래한 경우
3. Where the inspector, in violation of the Act or regulations under the Act, performed inspector duties extremely negligently and thereby caused an obstruction to the permit, change permit, or inspection work of a zoo or aquarium;
4. 품위손상이나 그 밖의 사유로 검사관으로 적합하지 않다고 인정되는 경우
4. Where the inspector is deemed unsuitable as an inspector owing to loss of dignity or other reasons;
5. 검사관 스스로 직무를 수행하는 것이 곤란하다고 의사를 밝히는 경우
5. Where the inspector expresses an intention that it is difficult to perform duties.
