동물원 및 수족관의 관리에 관한 법률 시행령 제22조(거점동물원ㆍ거점수족관의 권역ㆍ업무 및 지정요건)
Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Management of Zoos and Aquariums, Article 22 (Regions, Duties, and Designation Requirements of Hub Zoos and Hub Aquariums)
① 법 제24조제1항 각 호 외의 부분에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 권역"은 별표 2와 같다.
(1) The "regions prescribed by Presidential Decree" in the part preceding the subparagraphs of Article 24 (1) of the Act are as set forth in Attached Table 2.
② 법 제24조제1항제5호에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 업무"란 다음 각 호의 업무를 말한다. <개정 2025.10.1>
(2) "Duties prescribed by Presidential Decree" in Article 24 (1) 5 of the Act means the following duties:
1. 권역 내 동물원 또는 수족관의 보유동물 서식환경 개선에 대한 자문
1. Advice on improving the habitat environment of held animals of zoos or aquariums in the region;
2. 권역 내 동물원 또는 수족관의 제9조제2항에 따른 보유동물을 활용한 교육 계획에 대한 자문
2. Advice on the education plan using held animals under Article 9 (2) of zoos or aquariums in the region;
3. 기후에너지환경부장관이 긴급 보호가 필요하다고 인정하는 야생동물의 보호
3. Protection of wild animals that the Minister of Climate, Energy and Environment recognizes as requiring urgent protection;
4. 해양수산부장관이 긴급 보호가 필요하다고 인정하는 해양생물의 보호
4. Protection of marine organisms that the Minister of Oceans and Fisheries recognizes as requiring urgent protection.
③ 법 제24조제2항에서 "시설 및 인력 요건 등 대통령령으로 정하는 요건"이란 별표 3에 따른 요건을 말한다.
(3) "Requirements prescribed by Presidential Decree, such as facility and personnel requirements" in Article 24 (2) of the Act means the requirements in Attached Table 3.
