동북아역사재단 설립ㆍ운영에 관한 법률 제18조(공무원 등의 파견)

①재단은 그 목적달성을 위하여 특히 필요한 때에는 교육부장관을 거쳐 관계 부처 또는 공공기관에 대하여 공무원, 임ㆍ직원 또는 연구요원 등의 파견을 요청할 수 있다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23>

②제1항의 규정에 따라 파견의 요청을 받은 관계 부처 또는 공공기관의 장은 재단과 협의하여 그 소속 직원을 재단에 파견할 수 있다.

③제2항의 규정에 따라 재단에 파견된 사람은 파견을 이유로 인사ㆍ보수 등 신분상의 불이익한 대우를 받지 아니한다. <개정 2021.3.23>
