동의대 사건 희생자의 명예회복 및 보상에 관한 법률 제5조(명예회복 사업)

① 국가는 예산의 범위에서 동의대 사건으로 순직한 경찰관 및 전투경찰순경의 명예회복과 숭고한 희생정신을 널리 고취하기 위하여 다음 각 호의 명예회복 사업을 발굴하여 추진할 수 있다.

② 실무위원회는 제1항 각 호에 따른 명예회복 사업의 구체적인 계획을 수립하여 명예회복위원회에 제출하여야 하고, 명예회복위원회는 이를 심의하여 사업계획을 확정한다.
