디자인보호법 제175조(국제출원의 절차)

Design Protection Act, Article 175 (Procedures for International Applications)

① 지식재산처를 통한 국제출원을 하려는 자는 총리령으로 정하는 방식에 따라 작성된 국제출원서 및 그 출원에 필요한 서류(헤이그협정의 특정 체약당사자가 요구하는 서류 등을 말한다)를 지식재산처장에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

② 국제출원서에는 다음 각 호의 사항을 적거나 첨부하여야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

2. 지식재산처를 통한 국제출원을 하려는 자의 성명 및 주소(법인인 경우에는 그 명칭 및 영업소의 소재지를 말한다). 국제출원을 하려는 자가 2인 이상으로서 그 주소가 서로 다르고 대리인이 없는 경우에는 연락을 받을 주소를 추가로 적어야 한다.
