Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc., Article 44-2 (Notification of Violations)

① 수사기관의 장은 다음 각 호의 영업소를 운영하는 자(실질적 운영자를 포함한다)가 그 영업소 운영과 관련하여 제3조제11호를 위반(교사와 방조를 포함한다)한 경우에 해당 영업의 허가, 신고 또는 등록을 관할하는 특별자치시장ㆍ시장ㆍ군수 또는 구청장에게 통보하여야 한다.
