매장유산 보호 및 조사에 관한 법률 시행령 제24조(보상금 및 포상금의 지급 절차)

① 국가유산청장은 법 제21조제1항ㆍ제3항에 따라 보상금 또는 포상금 지급액을 결정하면 이를 보상금 또는 포상금 지급대상자에게 통보하여야 한다. <개정 2024.5.7>

(1) Upon어판 determining디터머닝 the^ð디 amount어마운트 of어^v브 compensation캄펀세이션 or오 reward^r리워드 pursuant퍼수언트 to투 Article아터클 21 (1) and앤드 (3) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act,액트 the^ð디 Administrator어드미너스트^r레이터 of어^v브 the^ð더 Korea코^r리아 Heritage헤^r러터지 Service서^v비스 shall섈 notify노우터^f파이 the^ð더 person퍼슨 eligible엘러저블 for^f포 the^ð더 compensation캄펀세이션 or오 reward.^r리워드

② 제1항에 따라 보상금 또는 포상금 지급액을 통보받은 자는 보상금 또는 포상금 지급 청구서를 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장을 거쳐 국가유산청장에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2019.8.27, 2024.5.7>

③ 제2항에 따른 보상금 또는 포상금을 청구하려는 자가 2명 이상이면 연명(連名)으로 하여야 한다. 이 경우 보상금 또는 포상금 지급액의 배분액을 미리 합의한 경우에는 그 합의된 사항을 적은 서류를 청구서에 첨부하여야 한다.
