모자보건법 제16조(협회)

① 모자보건사업 및 출산 지원에 관한 조사ㆍ연구ㆍ교육 및 홍보 등의 업무를 하기 위하여 인구보건복지협회(이하 "협회"라 한다)를 둔다.

(1) The^ð더 Population파퓰레이션 and앤드 Health헬^θ스 and앤드 Welfare웰^f페어 Association어소우시에이션 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð디 "Association")어소우시에이션 is이즈 established이스태블리시트 to투 perform퍼^f폼 work워크 such서치 as애즈 surveys,서^v베이즈 research,^r리서치 education,에저케이션 and앤드 publicity퍼블리서티 concerning컨서닝 mother머^ð더 and앤드 child차일드 health헬^θ스 projects프^r라젝츠 and앤드 childbirth차일드버^θ스 support.서포트

② 협회의 회원이 될 수 있는 사람은 협회의 설립취지와 사업에 찬성하는 사람으로 한다.

(2) A어 person퍼슨 who후 may메이 become비컴 a어 member멤버 of어^v브 the^ð디 Association어소우시에이션 is이즈 a어 person퍼슨 who후 agrees어그^r리즈 with위^ð드 the^ð디 establishment이스태블리시먼트 purpose퍼퍼스 and앤드 projects프^r라젝츠 of어^v브 the^ð디 Association.어소우시에이션

③ 협회는 법인으로 한다.

(3) The^ð디 Association어소우시에이션 shall섈 be비 a어 corporation.코퍼^r레이션

④ 협회의 정관 기재사항과 업무에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.

(4) Matters매터즈 necessary네서세^r리 for^f포 the^ð디 items아이텀즈 to투 be비 stated스테이티드 in인 the^ð디 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 incorporation인코퍼^r레이션 of어^v브 the^ð디 Association어소우시에이션 and앤드 its잇츠 work워크 shall섈 be비 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Presidential프^r레저덴실 Decree.디크^r리

⑤ 협회에 관하여 이 법에 규정되지 아니한 사항은 「민법」 중 사단법인에 관한 규정을 준용한다.

(5) Matters매터즈 concerning컨서닝 the^ð디 Association어소우시에이션 that^ð댓 are아 not낫 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 in인 this^ð디스 Act액트 shall섈 be비 governed거^v번드 by바이 the^ð더 provisions프^r러^v비전즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Civil시^v블 Act액트 on안 incorporated인코퍼^r레이티드 associations,어소우시에이션즈 applied어플라이드 mutatis뮤타티즈 mutandis.뮤탠디즈
