Enforcement Rule of the Act on the Protection and Utilization of Cultural Heritage, Article 4 (Payment of Scholarships to Cultural Heritage Professionals)

① 국가유산청장은 법 제16조제2항에 따라 문화유산의 보호ㆍ관리 및 수리 등과 관련된 전문인력 양성을 위한 장학금을 지급하려는 경우에는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람 중에서 장학금 지급 대상자를 선정하여야 한다. <개정 2015.12.23, 2024.6.14>

1. 문화유산의 보호ㆍ관리에 관한 기능 및 기술 교육을 받고 있거나 받으려는 사람

2. 국내 또는 국외의 대학에서 문화유산의 보호ㆍ관리에 관한 교육을 받고 있거나 받으려는 사람

② 제1항에 따른 장학금을 받으려는 사람은 별지 제2호서식의 장학금 지급 신청서에 별지 제3호서식의 서약서를 첨부하여 국가유산청장에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2024.6.14>

③ 장학금은 예산의 범위에서 교육비 또는 연구비에 상응하는 금액을 국가유산청장이 정하여 지급한다. <개정 2024.6.14>
