문화유산의 보존 및 활용에 관한 법률 시행규칙 제7조의2(문화유산교육 프로그램의 인증 신청 절차 등)

① 법 제22조의6제2항에 따라 문화유산교육 프로그램에 대한 인증을 신청하려는 자는 별지 제3호의4서식의 문화유산교육 프로그램 인증신청서에 문화유산교육 프로그램의 교육내용, 구성 및 교육시설 등에 관한 자료를 첨부하여 국가유산청장에게 제출해야 한다. <개정 2024.6.14>

② 법 제22조의6제3항에서 "교육내용ㆍ교육과목ㆍ교육시설 등 문화체육관광부령으로 정하는 인증기준"이란 별표 1의3과 같다.

③ 제1항에 따라 인증 신청을 받은 국가유산청장은 문화유산교육 프로그램을 인증한 경우에는 별지 제3호의5서식의 문화유산교육 프로그램 인증서를 신청인에게 발급해야 하며, 인증을 하지 않은 때에는 그 사유를 신청인에게 통보해야 한다. <개정 2024.6.14>

④ 법 제22조의6제3항에 따라 인증을 받은 자는 해당 문화유산교육 프로그램에 별표 1의4에 따른 인증표시를 할 수 있다. <개정 2024.6.14>

⑤ 국가유산청장은 법 제22조의6제3항에 따라 문화유산교육 프로그램을 인증하거나 법 제22조의7에 따라 인증을 취소한 경우에는 그 사실을 국가유산청의 인터넷 홈페이지에 공고해야 한다. <개정 2024.6.14>

⑥ 제1항부터 제5항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 문화유산교육 프로그램의 인증에 필요한 사항은 국가유산청장이 정하여 고시한다. <개정 2024.6.14>
