Act on Development of Water Management Technology and Promotion of the Water Industry, Article 9 (Establishing the Foundation for Standardization of the Water Industry)

① 정부는 물산업의 진흥 및 물기업의 경쟁력 강화를 위하여 다음 각 호의 물산업 표준화 기반조성 사업을 추진할 수 있다.

② 기후에너지환경부장관은 제1항의 규정에 따른 물산업 표준화 기반조성 사업을 추진하기 위하여 필요한 경우에는 물산업 표준화 관련 전문기관을 지정하여 사업을 실시하고, 그 비용의 전부 또는 일부를 지원할 수 있다. <개정 2025.10.1>
