Enforcement Decree of the Water Environment Conservation Act, Article 27 (Designation, etc. of Fishing-Prohibited Areas or Fishing-Restricted Areas)

① 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장(자치구의 구청장을 말한다. 이하 같다)은 낚시금지구역 또는 낚시제한구역을 지정하려는 경우에는 다음 각 호의 사항을 고려하여야 한다.
