물환경보전법 시행령 제48조(폐수무방류배출시설에 대한 기준초과배출량의 산정)

① 제45조제1항에 따른 기준초과배출량(폐수무방류배출시설에서 배출되는 경우만 해당한다)은 법 제38조제2항을 위반하여 수질오염물질이 배출되기 시작한 날(배출되기 시작한 날을 알 수 없을 경우에는 수질오염물질 채취일을 말한다)부터 그 행위를 중지한 날까지 폐수무방류배출시설에서 유출ㆍ누출로 배출되는 수질오염물질의 양으로 하되, 일일기준초과배출량에 배출기간의 일수를 곱하여 산정한다.

② 제1항에 따른 일일기준초과배출량은 배출오염물질 채취일 당시의 수질오염물질 배출농도에 측정유량에 따라 계산한 일일유량을 곱하여 산정한 양을 킬로그램 단위로 표시한 양으로 한다.

③ 제1항과 제2항에 따른 배출기간과 일일기준초과배출량 및 일일유량의 산정에 관하여는 제47조제3항 및 제4항을 준용한다.
