기후에너지환경부장관은 제44조제1항에 따른 자료를 제출하지 아니한 경우나 확정배출량이 유사한 규모의 다른 사업장과 뚜렷한 차이가 나는 등 제출한 자료의 내용이 부적합하다고 인정되는 경우에는 다음 각 호와 같이 기준 이내 배출량을 조정할 수 있다. <개정 2025.10.1>

가. 검사 시의 배출농도와 일일유량을 곱하여 일일검사배출량을 산정한다.
