물환경보전법 시행령 제65조의2(공공폐수처리시설 설치 부담금 및 사용료의 징수유예ㆍ분할납부 등)

① 공공폐수처리시설 설치 부담금 및 공공폐수처리시설 사용료의 납부의무자는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사유가 있는 경우에는 납부기한 7일 전까지 시행자에게 공공폐수처리시설 설치 부담금 및 공공폐수처리시설 사용료의 징수유예 또는 분할납부를 신청할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따른 신청을 받은 시행자는 같은 항 각 호에 해당하는 사유로 납부기한까지 공공폐수처리시설 설치 부담금 및 공공폐수처리시설 사용료를 납부할 수 없다고 인정되는 경우에는 공공폐수처리시설 설치 부담금 및 공공폐수처리시설 사용료의 징수를 유예하거나 분할납부를 하게 할 수 있다. 이 경우 징수유예의 기간은 유예처분을 한 날의 다음 날부터 12개월 이내로 하며, 징수유예기간 중 분할납부 횟수는 12회 이내로 한다.

③ 제1항에 따른 신청을 받은 시행자는 기후에너지환경부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 징수유예ㆍ분할납부 신청에 대한 결과를 신청인에게 통지해야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

④ 시행자는 제2항에 따라 징수유예를 하는 경우에는 징수유예를 받은 자에게 징수유예금액에 상당하는 담보를 제공하거나 담보의 보전에 필요한 조치를 하도록 명할 수 있다.

⑤ 제1항부터 제4항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 공공폐수처리시설 설치 부담금 및 공공폐수처리시설 사용료의 징수유예 및 분할납부에 필요한 사항은 기후에너지환경부령으로 정한다. <개정 2025.10.1>
