민간임대주택에 관한 특별법 시행규칙 제14조의2(준공검사)

① 법 제39조의2에 따라 준공검사를 받으려는 촉진지구 조성사업의 시행자는 별지 제18호의3서식의 공사완료 보고서에 다음 각 호의 서류 및 도면을 첨부하여 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 제출하여야 한다.

② 촉진지구 조성사업의 시행자는 촉진지구 인근의 주택 수급 상황 및 촉진지구 조성사업의 규모 등을 고려하여 하나의 촉진지구 조성사업을 구획별로 분할하여 순차적으로 추진하는 경우로서 구획별 사업기간 등이 법 제28조에 따른 공공지원민간임대주택 공급촉진지구계획에 반영된 경우에는 공사가 완료된 구획별로 준공검사를 신청할 수 있다.

③ 법 제39조의2제3항에 따른 준공검사 증명서는 별지 제18호의4서식과 같고, 같은 항에 따른 공사 완료 공고는 다음 각 호의 사항을 관보 또는 공보에 공고하는 방법으로 한다.

④ 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 법 제39조의2제3항에 따른 공사 완료 공고를 할 때 지정권자에게 사업의 공사 완료 결과를 통보하여야 한다.
