민법 제112조(제한능력자에 대한 의사표시의 효력)

의사표시의 상대방이 의사표시를 받은 때에 제한능력자인 경우에는 의사표시자는 그 의사표시로써 대항할 수 없다. 다만, 그 상대방의 법정대리인이 의사표시가 도달한 사실을 안 후에는 그러하지 아니하다.
