민법 제59조(이사의 대표권)

①이사는 법인의 사무에 관하여 각자 법인을 대표한다. 그러나 정관에 규정한 취지에 위반할 수 없고 특히 사단법인은 총회의 의결에 의하여야 한다.

②법인의 대표에 관하여는 대리에 관한 규정을 준용한다.
