민법 제847조(친생부인의 소)

①친생부인(親生否認)의 소(訴)는 부(夫) 또는 처(妻)가 다른 일방 또는 자(子)를 상대로 하여 그 사유가 있음을 안 날부터 2년내에 이를 제기하여야 한다.
