민법 제957조(후견사무의 종료와 관리의 계산)

① 후견인의 임무가 종료된 때에는 후견인 또는 그 상속인은 1개월 내에 피후견인의 재산에 관한 계산을 하여야 한다. 다만, 정당한 사유가 있는 경우에는 법원의 허가를 받아 그 기간을 연장할 수 있다.

② 제1항의 계산은 후견감독인이 있는 경우에는 그가 참여하지 아니하면 효력이 없다.
