민법 제959조의11(특정후견인의 대리권)

① 피특정후견인의 후원을 위하여 필요하다고 인정하면 가정법원은 기간이나 범위를 정하여 특정후견인에게 대리권을 수여하는 심판을 할 수 있다.

② 제1항의 경우 가정법원은 특정후견인의 대리권 행사에 가정법원이나 특정후견감독인의 동의를 받도록 명할 수 있다.
