민사소송법 제275조(준비서면의 첨부서류)

①당사자가 가지고 있는 문서로서 준비서면에 인용한 것은 그 등본 또는 사본을 붙여야 한다.

②문서의 일부가 필요한 때에는 그 부분에 대한 초본을 붙이고, 문서가 많을 때에는 그 문서를 표시하면 된다.

③제1항 및 제2항의 문서는 상대방이 요구하면 그 원본을 보여주어야 한다.
