민주평화통일자문회의법 시행령 제10조(구성의 공고 등)

① 상임위원회의 위원장(이하 "상임위원장"이라 한다)은 법 제18조제2항에 따라 상임위원회가 구성되면 그 사실을 공고하여야 한다.

② 상임위원회에 간사 2명을 두며, 간사는 위원 중에서 상임위원장의 추천으로 의장이 임명한다.
