민주화운동기념사업회법 제7조(임원)

① 기념사업회에 임원으로서 이사장 1명, 부이사장 5명 이내를 포함한 15명 이내의 이사와 감사 2명을 둔다.

(1) The^ð더 Foundation^f파운데이션 shall섈 have,해^v브 as애즈 officers,오^f퍼서즈 directors더^r렉터즈 not낫 exceeding익시딩 15 persons,퍼슨즈 including인클루딩 one원 chair체어 and앤드 not낫 more모 than^ð댄 five^f파이^v브 vice^v바이스 chairs,체어즈 and앤드 two투 auditors.아더터즈

② 이사장은 행정안전부장관이 임면(任免)하고, 부이사장은 이사회에서 선임(選任)하며, 이사는 이사장의 제청으로 행정안전부장관이 임면한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>

④ 임원 중 상임인 임원은 3명 이내로 하되, 상임으로 하는 임원의 대상과 수는 정관으로 정한다.
