밀항단속법 제3조(밀항ㆍ이선 등)

① 밀항 또는 이선ㆍ이기한 사람은 3년 이하의 징역 또는 3천만원 이하의 벌금에 처한다. <개정 2020.2.18>

③ 제1항의 죄를 범할 목적으로 예비(豫備)하거나 음모한 사람은 1년 이하의 징역 또는 1천만원 이하의 벌금에 처한다.
