방송미디어통신위원회의 설치 및 운영에 관한 법률 제28조(청렴 및 비밀유지 의무)

① 심의위원, 제23조에 따른 특별위원, 제27조제2항에 따른 사무처의 직원(사무총장을 포함한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다)은 이 법에 따라 심의를 받는 방송ㆍ정보통신 관련 사업에 종사하는 자로부터 금품, 그 밖의 이익을 제공받아서는 아니 된다.

② 심의위원, 제23조에 따른 특별위원, 제27조제2항에 따른 사무처의 직원 또는 그 직에 있었던 사람은 직무상 알게 된 정보를 타인에게 누설하거나 직무상 목적 외에 사용하여서는 아니 된다.
