방송법 제58조(운영계획의 수립)

①공사의 사장은 제57조에 따라 예산이 확정된 때에는 지체없이 이사회의 의결을 거쳐 해당연도의 예산에 따른 운영계획을 수립하여야 한다. <개정 2019.12.10, 2020.6.9>
