Act on Special Cases concerning Execution of Community Service for Persons Who Fail to Pay Fines, Article 15 (Termination of Community Service)

① 사회봉사는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에 종료한다.

(1) Community커뮤너티 service서^v비스 terminates터미네잇츠 in인 any에니 of어^v브 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 cases:케이시즈

1. 사회봉사의 집행을 마친 경우

1. Where웨어 execution엑서큐션 of어^v브 community커뮤너티 service서^v비스 is이즈 completed;컴플리티드

2. 사회봉사 대상자가 벌금을 완납한 경우

3. 제14조에 따라 사회봉사 허가가 취소된 경우

② 보호관찰소의 장은 사회봉사 대상자가 제1호 또는 제4호에 해당되면 사회봉사 대상자의 주거지를 관할하는 지방공소청의 검사에게 지체 없이 통보하여야 한다. <개정 2026.3.24>
