벌금 미납자의 사회봉사 집행에 관한 특례법 제7조(사회봉사 허가 여부에 대한 통지)

① 법원은 제6조제1항의 결정을 검사와 신청인에게 서면으로 알려야 한다.

② 법원은 사회봉사를 허가하는 경우 그 확정일부터 3일 이내에 사회봉사 대상자의 주거지를 관할하는 보호관찰소(보호관찰지소를 포함한다. 이하 같다)의 장에게 사회봉사 허가서, 판결문 등본, 약식명령 등본 등 사회봉사 집행에 필요한 서류를 송부하여야 한다.
