Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Establishment and Operation of Law Schools, Article 7-2 (Dismissal of Members)

교육부장관은 법 제11조제3항제1호부터 제6호까지의 규정에 따른 법학교육위원회의 위원이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 해당 위원을 해촉(解囑)할 수 있다.
