변리사법 시행령 제17조의4(정보의 공개범위 및 공개방법 등)
Enforcement Decree of the Patent Attorney Act, Article 17-4 (Scope and Method of Disclosure of Information, etc.)
① 법 제14조제4항에 따른 정보의 공개범위는 다음 각 호와 같다. <개정 2016.8.29>
(1) The scope of disclosure of information under Article 14 (4) of the Act is as follows:
1. 성명
1. Name;
2. 출생연도
2. Year of birth;
3. 사무소 정보
3. Office information;
4. 자격취득의 유형 및 자격취득일
4. Type and date of acquisition of qualification;
5. 변리사 등록일
5. Date of patent attorney registration;
6. 개업ㆍ휴업 상태 및 개업일ㆍ휴업일
6. Status of opening or suspension of business, and the date of opening or suspension;
7. 전문분야ㆍ전공ㆍ학과ㆍ학위ㆍ경력 등과 이를 증명할 수 있는 정보
7. Fields of specialty, majors, departments, degrees, careers, etc., and information that can prove them;
8. 법 제15조에 따른 연수교육(이하 "연수교육"이라 한다) 이수 현황
8. Status of completion of the continuing education under Article 15 of the Act (hereinafter referred to as "continuing education");
9. 그 밖에 변리사 선임과 관련된 정보로서 변리사가 공개한 정보
9. Other information related to retaining a patent attorney that the patent attorney has disclosed.
② 제1항에 따른 정보는 변리사회의 인터넷 홈페이지를 통하여 공개한다.
(2) The information under paragraph (1) shall be disclosed through the website of the Patent Attorneys Association.
③ 제1항에 따른 정보의 수집ㆍ갱신 절차와 그 밖에 정보 공개에 필요한 사항은 변리사회가 정한다.
(3) Procedures for collecting and updating the information under paragraph (1) and other matters necessary for disclosure of information shall be determined by the Patent Attorneys Association.
