변호사법 제115조(법무법인 등의 처벌)

① 법무법인ㆍ법무법인(유한) 또는 법무조합의 구성원이나 구성원 아닌 소속 변호사가 제51조를 위반하면 500만원 이하의 벌금에 처한다.

② 법무법인, 법무법인(유한) 또는 법무조합의 구성원이나 구성원이 아닌 소속 변호사가 그 법무법인, 법무법인(유한) 또는 법무조합의 업무에 관하여 제1항의 위반행위를 하면 그 행위자를 벌하는 외에 그 법무법인, 법무법인(유한) 또는 법무조합에게도 같은 항의 벌금형을 과(科)한다. 다만, 법무법인, 법무법인(유한) 또는 법무조합이 그 위반행위를 방지하기 위하여 해당 업무에 관하여 상당한 주의와 감독을 게을리하지 아니한 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다. <개정 2012.1.17>
