변호사법 제85조(변호사의 연수)

① 변호사는 변호사의 전문성과 윤리의식을 높이기 위하여 대한변호사협회가 실시하는 연수교육(이하 "연수교육"이라 한다)을 대통령령으로 정하는 시간 이상 받아야 한다. 다만, 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.

② 대한변호사협회는 연수교육을 지방변호사회에 위임하거나 기관 또는 단체를 지정하여 위탁할 수 있다.

(2) The^ð더 Korean코^r리언 Bar바 Association어소우시에이션 may메이 delegate델러게잇 continuing컨티뉴잉 education에저케이션 to투 local로우클 bar바 associations어소우시에이션즈 or오 entrust엔트^r러스트 it잇 to투 institutions인스티투션즈 or오 organizations오거너제이션즈 it잇 designates.데지그네잇츠

③ 대한변호사협회는 변호사가 법학 관련 학술대회 등에 참여한 경우에는 대한변호사협회가 정하는 바에 따라 연수교육을 받은 것으로 인정할 수 있다.

④ 연수교육에는 법조윤리 과목이 포함되어야 한다.

(4) Continuing컨티뉴잉 education에저케이션 shall섈 include인클루드 a어 subject서브젝트 on안 legal리글 ethics.에^θ씩스

⑤ 연수교육의 방법ㆍ절차, 연수교육을 위탁받을 수 있는 기관ㆍ단체의 지정 절차 및 지정 기준 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대한변호사협회가 정한다.
