별정우체국법 시행령 제55조(병역복무휴직자 등의 부담금 납부)

① 직원이 병역복무나 그 밖의 사유로 휴직하여 보수를 지급받지 않는 경우에는 휴직기간 동안 부담금을 내지 아니하며, 소속 국장은 휴직 사유가 소멸되어 보수가 지급되는 달부터 해당 월분의 부담금과 같은 금액의 부담금을 따로 징수하여야 한다. 다만, 본인이 원하는 경우에는 휴직기간에도 그 기간에 해당하는 부담금을 매월 낼 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따라 개인부담금을 내던 중 직원이 퇴직하거나 사망한 경우에는 법 제33조의2제1항 후단을 준용하여 정산납부하여야 한다. <개정 2015.12.30>
