별정우체국법 시행령 제60조(재직기간 감축사유의 통보)

지방우정청장, 관할우체국장 또는 소속 국장은 법 제34조제5항에 따른 재직기간 감축 사유인 휴직ㆍ직위해제 또는 정직의 처분을 하였을 때에는 지체 없이 그 사실을 연금관리단에 통보하여야 한다.
