별정우체국법 시행령 제61조(재직기간의 합산절차)

① 법 제34조의2제1항에 따라 재직기간을 합산받으려는 사람은 합산될 재직기간과 법 제34조의2제2항에 따라 반납하여야 할 퇴직급여액 이자(이하 "반납금"이라 한다)의 납부방법 등을 적은 재직기간 합산신청서를 소속 국장에게 제출하여야 한다. 다만, 퇴직한 직원이 퇴직급여의 청구 없이 다시 직원으로 임용되었을 때에는 소속 국장이 제18조제4항에 따라 연금관리단에 제출하는 직원 임용 보고서에 재직기간의 합산신청의 뜻을 표시함으로써 재직기간 합산신청서의 제출을 갈음할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따른 신청서를 받은 소속 국장은 이를 확인하고 그 신청서를 7일 이내에 연금관리단에 이송하여야 한다.

(2) The^ð더 postmaster포우스트매스터 who후 has해즈 received^r러시^v브드 the^ð디 application애플러케이션 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1) shall섈 verify^v베^r러^f파이 it잇 and앤드 forward^f포워드 the^ð디 application애플러케이션 to투 the^ð더 Pension펜션 Management매너지먼트 Agency에이전시 within위^ð딘 seven세^v븐 days.데이즈

③ 제2항에 따른 신청서를 이송받은 연금관리단은 합산기간, 반납금액, 그 밖에 필요한 사항을 조사한 후 재직기간의 합산인정 여부를 결정하여 신청인 및 소속 국장에게 그 사실을 통보하여야 한다.
