별정우체국법 시행령 제64조(임용 전 군복무기간의 산입절차)

① 법 제34조의2제5항에 따라 임용 전 군복무기간의 산입을 신청하려는 사람은 복무기간 산입신청서를 소속 국장에게 제출하여야 한다. 이 경우 소속 국장은 신청 내용을 확인하여 신청서를 받은 날부터 7일 이내에 관할우체국장을 거쳐 연금관리단에 이를 제출하여야 한다

② 제1항의 신청서를 받은 연금관리단은 군복무기간 산입인정 여부를 신청인, 소속 국장 및 관할우체국장에게 통보하여야 한다.
