보건의료인력지원법 시행령 제6조(위원회의 운영)

① 위원회의 위원장(이하 "위원장"이라 한다)은 위원회를 대표하고, 위원회의 업무를 총괄한다.

② 위원장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 위원장이 미리 지명한 위원이 그 직무를 대행한다.

(2) Where웨어 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 is이즈 unable어네이블 to투 perform퍼^f폼 duties두티즈 for^f포 unavoidable어너^v보이더블 reasons,^r리즌즈 a어 member멤버 designated데지그네이티드 in인 advance어드^v밴스 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 act액트 on안 his히즈 or오 her허 behalf.비해^f프

③ 위원장은 필요하다고 인정할 때 위원회의 회의를 소집하고, 그 의장이 된다.

(3) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 convene컨^v빈 meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 when웬 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 deems딤즈 it잇 necessary네서세^r리 and앤드 shall섈 preside프^r리자이드 over오우^v버 them.^ð뎀

④ 위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의(開議)하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(4) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 opened오우픈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members멤버즈 and앤드 shall섈 adopt어답트 resolutions^r레절루션즈 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurring컨커^r링 vote^v보우트 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

⑤ 위원회의 사무를 처리하기 위하여 위원회에 간사 1명을 두며, 간사는 보건복지부 소속 공무원 중에서 보건복지부장관이 지명한다.

(5) The^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 have해^v브 one원 secretary세크^r러테^r리 to투 handle핸들 its잇츠 affairs,어^f페어즈 who후 shall섈 be비 designated데지그네이티드 by바이 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Health헬^θ스 and앤드 Welfare웰^f페어 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 public퍼블릭 officials어^f피실즈 belonging빌롱잉 to투 the^ð더 Ministry미너스트^r리 of어^v브 Health헬^θ스 and앤드 Welfare.웰^f페어

⑥ 위원회에 출석한 위원에게는 예산의 범위에서 수당ㆍ여비와 그 밖에 필요한 경비를 지급할 수 있다. 다만, 공무원인 위원이 그 소관 업무와 직접적으로 관련되어 위원회에 출석하는 경우에는 그렇지 않다.

⑦ 위원회의 업무를 효율적으로 수행하기 위하여 필요하면 위원회에 분야별 전문위원회를 둘 수 있다.

(7) Where웨어 necessary네서세^r리 for^f포 efficiently이^f피션틀리 performing퍼^f포밍 the^ð더 business비즈니스 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee,커미티 specialized스페셜라이즈드 committees커미티즈 by바이 field^f필드 may메이 be비 established이스태블리시트 in인 the^ð더 Committee.커미티

⑧ 제1항부터 제7항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 위원회 및 분야별 전문위원회의 운영에 필요한 사항은 위원회의 의결을 거쳐 위원장이 정한다.
